1. Passenger Ticket & Baggage

This passenger ticket and baggage check is issued by Shree Airlines Pvt. Ltd (“Carrier”) and accepted by the passenger who agrees to the conditions set forth herein.
Passengers and their baggage (checked and unchecked) are accepted for carriage under the following conditions.

2. Liability

• The carrier is liable for damage to passengers or their baggage only if it occurs on board or during embarkation/disembarkation and caused by Carrier negligence.
• Liabilities for death, wounding, or bodily injury of a passenger are limited to US$20,000 (local currency equivalent).
• Loss or damage to checked baggage is limited to US$20 per kg (max US$5,000 per passenger).
• Loss or damage to unchecked baggage is limited to US$400 in local currency.

3. Passenger Waiver

Subject to above, the Carrier has no liability for any loss, injury, or damage to passengers or their baggage. Passengers and their estates waive claims for compensation and indemnify the Carrier against such claims.

4. Agents & Representatives

Limitations and exclusions of liability apply to Carrier agents, servants, representatives, and any person whose aircraft is used by the Carrier.

5. Baggage Handling

Checked baggage will be delivered to the bearer of the baggage tag. Any complaint regarding loss or damage must be made in writing at the airport counter immediately after discovery.

6. Ticket Validity & Fare

• This ticket is valid for carriage for one year from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• The fare is subject to change before the commencement of carriage.
• Carrier may refuse transport if the applicable fare has not been paid.

7. Flight Changes & Schedule

Times in timetables are not guaranteed. Carrier may substitute alternate aircraft or carriers and alter stops if necessary. Carrier is not responsible for making connections. Flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and other terms apply as per Shree Airlines Fare Policy.

8. Domestic Carriage Only

This ticket is for domestic carriage within Nepal only and should not be construed as international carriage or successive international flight.

10. Governing Law

This contract of carriage shall be construed according to Nepalese law. Any disputes shall be brought only before the courts of Nepal. If any conflict arises between these Conditions of Carriage and the Carrier's General Conditions, the General Conditions shall prevail.
