Shree Airlines Terms and Conditions

• Shree Airlines Pvt. Ltd. (“Shree Airlines”) has created the following Terms and Conditions of use to endeavor full compliance with the Electronic Transactions Act 2063 (2008).
• For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions of Use, “I”, “we” and “us” shall refer to Shree Airlines, “Client”, “Customer”, “You” shall refer to the Client or prospective Client who is browsing through this Platform.
• Shree Airlines website, https://www.shreeairlines.com/ and mobile application (“Platform”) is offered to the customers on the express condition of acceptance of these terms and conditions.The terms and conditions shall be deemed to constitute a legally binding contract as per the Contract Act 2056 (2000) between Shree Airlines and the Customer. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable to the Customer, the Customer is requested to exit Shree Airlines Platform (terms are as defined below).
• Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction.
• When using the Shree Airlines Platform, You will be subject to any additional posted policies, guidelines or rules applicable to specific services and features which may be posted from time to time (the "Policies"). All such Policies are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the case of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions of Use and any other document that has been incorporated by reference herein, these Terms and Conditions of Use shall control & supercede all others.
• By accessing this website “, https://www.shreeairlines.com/ and/or the mobile application hereinafter referred to as “Platform”, You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that You are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If You do not agree with any of these terms, You are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform. The materials contained in this Platform are protected by law governing copyright and trademarks.
• Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Platform.
• The content on the Platform is not meant for children and therefore it is not advisable for children to be visiting/accessing/becoming a member of the Platform without any adult supervision.
• Shree Airlines or its licensors own all Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Content, Platform, and Services. You agree to abide by any and all copyright notices, information, or restrictions displayed on the Platform.
• You agree that your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, and that you will not use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• You are not allowed to

  • distribute;
  • transmit;
  • sell the contents of the Platform;
  attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform, whether in print, visual or electronic form, for any purpose whatsoever, without the prior written permission, at the sole discretion of Shree Airlines.
• Customers must not:
  • resell the services provided in the Shree Airlines Platform,
  • use the Shree Airlines Platform to make any speculative, false or fraudulent booking
  • use the Shree Airlines Platform so as to interfere with others’ use of the Shree Airlines website.
• Shree Airlines does not warrant or represent that use of the Shree Airlines Platform or its online booking facility or any third party payment systems used for making payments to Shree Airlines will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, data, content, software or other material accessible through the Shree Airlines Platform will be free of bugs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful components.
• Customers represent that, unless otherwise specifically permitted by Shree Airlines, the Shree Airlines website and all the products and services offered by Shree Airlines, including without limitation, are meant for personal and non-commercial use only, and cannot be redistributed by them to any person not authorised to receive the same.
• Customers understand that they are financially responsible for all uses of this service by them and those using their login information.
• Customers will supervise all usage of the booking facility under their name or account.
• Customers warrant that all information supplied by them and members of their household in using the booking facility are true and accurate.
• The Terms of Use of the Platform are to be read in consonance with the Privacy Policy, which is available at www.shreeairlines.com/privacy policy.html
• Shree Airlines and its licensors retain all rights (including copyright and patent rights) with respect to all software and underlying information and material available through the Shree Airlines website.
• Save as expressly set out in these Terms, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit, make available, disseminate or distribute in any way any of the content. You may not modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, recompile or reverse engineer any software forming part of the content or create derivative works based on the whole of or any part, or which incorporate, the content into any software program.
• Shree Airlines may make changes to the materials contained on the Platform at any time without notice. However, there is no express commitment to mandatorily update the materials existing on the Platform. By your continued usage of the Platform, you shall be bound by the then current version of this Policy.
• Customers must not download or otherwise export or re-export any software or underlying information or material available through the Shree Airlines Platform except with the written permission of Shree Airlines and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, provided, however that any downloading that occurs in the normal course of using the Shree Airlines Platform in accordance with the published written instructions of Shree Airlines shall not be prohibited.
• Shree Airlines has not reviewed all of the websites/apps linked to its website and/or app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked website/app. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Shree Airlines, and any use of such linked website/app is at the customer’s own risk.
• Shree Airlines, its parent company and/or its affiliates may also present advertisements or promotional materials on or through Shree Airlines Platform. Customer’s participation in any promotional event is subject to the terms and conditions associated with that event. Customer’s dealings with, or participation in promotions of, any third-party advertisers on or through the Shree Airlines Platform are solely between the Customer and such third-party.
• Customer agrees that Shree Airlines, its parent company and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such third parties reference on the Shree Airlines website.
• Without limiting any of the disclaimers of warranty set forth in these terms and conditions, Shree Airlines does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the third party information, products or services provided through the Shree Airlines Platform, or any other representation, warranty or guaranty.
• Furthermore, Shree Airlines in particular disclaims any responsibility, if such third party websites:
  • infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights,
  • provide any information which is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading,
  • are not merchantable or fit for a particular purpose,
  • do not undertake adequate security measures,
  • contain viruses or other items of destructive nature, or
  • provide any libelous or defamatory contents or information
• The information contained and/or provided in this website is meant solely for information purposes and should not be relied upon for any other use whatsoever.
• Customer’s use of Shree Airlines Platform constitutes Customer’s agreement to be bound, without any modifications or reservations whatsoever, by these terms and conditions, which may be updated or modified from time to time without notice to the Customer. Any change(s) shall become part of these terms and conditions and shall apply immediately. By continuing to use the Shree Airlines Platform after such modifications, Customer indicates acceptance of those modifications. Customer may also be required to re-accept the substantially revised terms and conditions to continue to use the Shree Airlines Platform.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Customer hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Nepal in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Shree Airlines Platform. Use of the Shree Airlines Platform is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
• Any rights or permissions not expressly granted herein are reserved.
